If Necessary, Walk Alone

It is better to walk alone, and thereby enter heaven,
than to follow the multitudes into the fiery chambers of hell fire.

Walk Alone
Many have devised false excuses on why they would not do what God says.
One group would say, “If you cannot beat them, join them.”
Others would say, “In politics, there is no permanent friend,
         but permanent interest.”
Yet, others say, “When you get to Rome, do like the Romans.”

Let all mankind hear the words of the Almighty,
“If the multitudes commit sin, do not join them.”
And if necessary, walk alone.

Today, many people would tell you that others
are not keeping the laws, times and festivals of God.
Therefore, they refuse to take corrections.
All you hear from them is,
“That is not how our church does things.”
“Our reverend father said that we should not do it.”
“Our pastor said it is not how to worship God.”

Between what your reverend father said and what God said,
     which one should you do?
Between what your pastor said and what God said,
which one is the correct thing to?

Fools deceive themselves many times,
     even so with useless reasons!

You should know that many people in the past
     walked alone and attained heaven.

The family of Set walked alone, and pleased God.
By so doing, they attained heaven by their family fellowship,
in which they consistently praised God.

When his father’s land was full of idolatry,
Abraham walked alone to the Promised Land.
Today, he is a blessing to the whole world.

Isaac walked alone and stayed back in Canaan,
     when famine was severe,
And God saved him from the ways of the world and from famine.

Jacob walked alone, when he fled his father’s house,
     and met God at Bethel.
Today, he is a father of a great nation.

When his brothers sold him,
Joseph walked alone to become a ruler
and a saviour in the land of Egypt.
Today, he remains a role model.

When the Israelites rejected him,
Moses walked alone until he met God on Mt Sinai.

When the Israelites turned away from God,
     when Joshua was their ruler,
Joshua walked alone with his family in the worship of God.
And he said to the Israelites,
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:15

When majority of the Israelites were worshipping Baal,
     during the time of Elijah,
seven thousand saints remained faithful to God in their various houses.

When the Israelites rejected the teachings of St Paul,
he walked alone by spreading the gospel to the Gentiles.
Today, he is a success story to the world.

If necessary, walk alone,
     with your family,
By staying in your house to do what God said.

Jesus walked alone, when He carried his cross to Mount Calvary.
He was flogged and disgraced by the very people He came to save.
Yet, He persevered unto death.
He was counted among the sinners, even the worst sinners.
In victory, He rose from death, bringing victory and salvation,
to the glory of God, Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts.
Today, the very stone rejected by the builders have become the cornerstone.
He is the everlasting foundation of all blessings, favours, success and prosperity.

The Twelve Apostles walked alone, when they were persecuted and being killed one by one.
Today, they are heavenly kings sitting in glorious and exalted thrones,
wearing golden crowns and ruling in everlasting kingdoms.
Even so they walked alone, by obedience to the Holy Spirit,
to write and safe keep the Gospel of Truth and Salvation, for the good of humanity.
Today, the world is having natural disasters, man-made calamities
and strange incidents because they lost the books of the truth and salvation,
which the Twelve Apostles wrote and gave to humanity.
